  • You can access the property from 3:00 PM the day of your arrival, but only after completing your ONLINE CHECK-IN.

  • Upon arrival at the entrance door, ring the bell or call (+39) 375 739 3780. One of our staff members will answer, verify your identity through the video intercom, remotely open the door, and provide you with a one-time code to access your room.

  • Inside your room, near the entrance, you’ll find a LIT SLOT with a CARD next to it. Insert the card into the slot. This CARD will serve as your MAGNETIC KEY for the entire stay, allowing you access to both the main entrance and your room door.
